摘　　要：本文在探讨古今中外思想家论述环境对思想理论教育重要作用的基础上,分析了高校思想理论教育所面临的外部环境。优化高校思想理论教育环境,改善社会环境是基点,营造校园环境是重点,净化网络环境是难点。On the basis of thinkers at all times and all over the world who discuss the environment’s important function on mental and theory education, the thesis analyses the external environment conditions of the universities mental and theory education. The way to optimize the universities mental and theory education environment is to improve the social environment, build the campus environment and purify the network environment.
