摘　　要：在调查研究、数据分析、教学实验与实践的基础上,提出了在信息化进程中,教育技术学人才的培养应为应用型人才,并为此提出了一系列策略与方法。A new opinion is put forward based on the investigation, research, data statistics and analysis, teaching experiment and practice, the applied one is preferred in the training of instructional technology by the society information alization progress, and a series of strategy and method is provided for achieving this objective.
