摘　　要：教师专业化和社会化是国际教师教育发展的必然趋势。本文主要提出我国建立教师专业标准的政策建议,以全面提高我国教师培养培训的质量;讨论了教师社会化的研究的意义:它有助于教育的发展,教师的职前教育是教师社会化的重要准备,对教育实习应该给予充分的重视以及有助于促进继续教育的开展等。The specialization and socialization of teachers is an inevitable trend of the development of international teacher education. This article mainly puts forward some policy suggestions for the establishment of the standards of teaching profession in our country in order to improve the quality of teacher education in China; In this paper, the meaning of the research of teachers socialization is discussed, which includes that the research of teachers socialization can promote the educations development, pre-service education is important preparation for teachers socialization, and education practice should be paid more attention to and it can promote the development of continuing education.
