摘　　要：建构主义学习理念中的基本要素揭示出建构主义作为网络学习理论基础的适合性,在具体讨论设计大学英语与网络技术的整合中,建构主义学习理念中的随机通达和协作学习的观点更是适合大学英语在网络时代的学习特点。结合建构主义学习理念并根据为学习设计教学的原则,可设计主题教学模式,以便充分利用网络资源进行课堂内外的学习及培养语言技能。此外,必须设计一个可对学习过程进行监控和管理的在线学习系统。The analysis of the basic elements of constructivist learning conception reveals their adaptation to the basis of on-line learning of college English.In the discussion of the specific integration of internet technology with college English instruction,the concepts of Random Access Instruction and collaborative learning are especially suitable for the features of college English learning in the internet time.A theme-based learning model can be designed on the principles of the learning concepts of constructivism to take full advantage of the web resources for the learning and improvement of language skills both in and out of the classroom.In addition,an on-line instructional system should be set up in order to manage and monitor the whole learning process.
