摘　　要：教学质量是办学的根本,只有保证教学质量的长效,才能使我们的高职教育不断进步。本文以改善教学方法和育人教育为切入点,对如何保证教学质量的长效展开分析和论述。Running a school is based on the teaching quality. Our higher profession education will not make progress unless we set up a suit of lasting efficiency to ensure the teaching quality. Improving the teaching method and educating children are the article＇s cut-in points. The article mainly discusses how to set up a suit of lasting efficiency.
