摘　　要：讨论了对称次反对称矩阵左右特征值反问题解存在的充分必要条件,给出了解的具体表达式,对于给定的矩阵,给出了存在最佳逼近解的充要条件以及最佳逼近解.The sufficient and necessary conditions for the left and right eigenvalues of symmetric and skew anti-symmetric matrices are discussed. The expression of the specitic solution to this problem is given. The sufficient and necessary conditions for the matrices are given and the optimal approximate solution is provided.
