摘  要:茶油是我国特有的木本油脂,其脂肪酸组成与世界上公认的最好的植物油脂橄榄油相似,有“东方橄榄油”之美称,茶油中含有多种功能性成分,长期食用,具有明显的预防心血管硬化、降血压、降血脂等功效,和防癌抗癌的特殊功效。通过介绍茶油的脂肪酸组成、功能成分,以及保健功能作用,以促进茶油的开发应用。Camellia oil is our own woody lipin. Its fatty acid composition is similar as olive oil, which is recognized the best plant lipin in the word. Thus it has a good name that “eastern olive oil”. Camellia oil contain many functional components that not only can prevent cardiovascular cirrhosis, lower the blood pressure, reduce blood fat, but also have the special function of cancer prevention and resistance as taking it for a long time. In order to advance application of camellia oil, the fatty acid composition, functional components and health functions of camellia oil were studied in this paper.
