摘　　要：对陶瓷膜在生啤酒澄清、酵母回收及罐底沉积物中啤酒回收等方面的应用进行了探讨,讨论了膜孔径、主流体流动方式、温度及澄清剂等因素对生啤酒过滤的影响。The application of the ceramic membrane in clarifying draft beer, recycling yeast and beer from deposits at the pot was discussed in this paper. Many factors affecting the process of filtrating draft beer, including membrane aperture, the flowing way of the main liquid, temperature and clarifier, were introduced as well.
