摘  要:目的:了解化妆品防腐剂抑菌和微生物污染之间关系。方法:在化妆品使用前、使用14 d、使用28 d 3个使用时段,用纸片法对60份化妆品进行防腐剂抑菌效果检测,按《化妆品微生物标准检验检测方法》进行微生物污染情况检测。结果:防腐剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于大肠杆菌(P<0.05);3个使用时段,对金黄色葡萄球菌不明显抑菌的分别为56.7%、85.0%、86.4%,部分抑菌的分别为31.7%、8.3%、6.8%,明显抑菌的分别为11.6%、6.7%、6.8%;对大肠杆菌不明显抑菌的分别为91.7%、95.0%、100.0%,部分抑菌的分别为8.3%、5.0%、0.0%,明显抑菌的均为0.0%;3个使用时段的细菌总数超标率分别为6.7%、45.0%、66.1%,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率分别为0.0%、1.7%、3.4%,粪大肠菌群检出率分别为0.0%、1.7%、1.7%,铜绿假单胞菌未检出;随着使用时间的增长,化妆品防腐剂抑菌效果则呈减弱趋势(P<0.05),而细菌总数超标率呈增加趋势(P<0.05)。结论:化妆品防腐剂抑菌的效果与微生物受污染的程度有着密切的联系。Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the cosmetic microorganism pollution and the antiseptic bacteriostasis. Methods : Samples were collected in 3 stages, which were original, used 14 days and 28 days. Furthermore, disc - paper assay was used to examine bacteriostasis effect of antiseptic and a standard method stated in ‘Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics’ was used to examine the microorganism pollution of 60 cosmetics. Results: Iri three using periods, the rates of antiseptic of S. aureus in 3 different bacteriostasis effects which were non -obvious control, partly control and obvious control were 56. 7% ,85.0%, 86.4% ;31.7% ,8.3% ,6.8% ;11.6% ,6. 7% ,6. 8% respectively. To E. coli, the rates were 91.7% ,95.0% ,100. 0% ; 8.3% , 5.0% ,0. 0% ; 0.0% ,0. 0% ,0. 0% respectively. Furthermore,the overstandard rates of the total counts of bacteria were 6.7% , 45.0% and 66. 1%. The positive rates of S. aureus were 0. 0% , 1.7% ,3.4% and the positive rates of fecal coliform were 0. 0% , 1.7% ,1.7%. Moreover, the longer cosmetics were used,the more of bacteria would be detected(P 〈0. 05). However, the effect of the bacteriostasis of antiseptic was decreased by time. Conclusion:There are closely relationship between the microorganism pollution of cosmetic and the bacteriostasis of antiseptic.
