摘 要:对喷雾干燥法制备的生姜油树脂微胶囊的扩散释放进行了研究,结果表明,在人工胃液和中性沸水溶液中微胶囊的释放与时间的关系符合指数规律,其释放数学模型分别为:Y=9.088exp(-0.4259t),V=4.5439exp(-0.4259t);Y=12.1864exp(-0.5141t),V=6.0932exp(=0.5141t)。在同一时间,微胶囊的扩散与温度变化的关系符合线性规律,其扩散数学模型为:Y=7.7279-0.0302T,V=0.0302T-0.6379。在同一温度,微胶囊的扩散与时间的关系符合指数规律,其扩散数学模型分别为:当温度为40℃时,Y=7.0834exp(-0.0817t);当温度为50℃时,Y=7.0965exp(-01330t);当温度为60℃时,Y=7.0957exp(-0.1824t):当温度为70℃时:Y=7.0827exp(-0.2341t)。This paper studies the diffusion and release patterns of ginger oil-resin microcapsule that has been prepared by spray-drying process. When the microcapsule is in artificial gastric juice and in boiling neutral water solution, the release pattern is conformed to index law with time. The release mathematics models in artificial gastric juice are Y=9.088exp(-0.4259t) and V=4.5439exp (-0.4259t) and in boiling neutral water solution are Y=12.1864 exp(-0.5141t) and V=6.0932exp(- 0.5141t).When time is constant in dried environment, the diffusion pattern of microcapsule is conformed to linear law with temperature, the mathematics models are Y = 7.7279-0.0302T and V=0.0302T-0.6379. When temperature is constant in dried environment, the diffusion pattern of microcapsule is conformed to index law with time, the mathematics models respectively are: when temperature is 40℃, Y=7.0834exp (-0.0817t), when temperature is 50℃, Y =7.0965exp (- 0.1330t), when temperature is 60℃, Y=7.0957 exp (-0.1824t), when temperature is 70℃, Y= 7.0827 exp(-0.2341t).
