摘　　要：教师是幼儿园能否开展英语教育的关键。作者对当前幼儿园英语教师的素质进行了调查,结果表明教师素质普遍偏低,不能很好地胜任英语教学的任务,由此,作者提出了培养和提高幼儿园英语教师素质的一些有益建议。Teachers are the key to whether a kindergarten could give English education to children and affect its English education level directly. But the author＇s investigation on the status quo of present English teachers in kindergartens is lower than expectations. So she gives her suggestions on how to improve kindergartens＇ English education as follows.
