摘　　要：目前我国普通高校所举办的成人高等教育主要是函授教育,其一大特点是学生面授时间短。怎样在这么短的时间内有效地完成函授外语教学任务?实施任务型教学法是有效地完成函授教学任务的途径。At present the higher adult education is mainly run in the form of correspondent education, one of the characteristics of which is the short period of time of the face-to-face teaching. How to effectively fulfill the task of teaching foreign languages within such a limited period？ The answer is task-based teaching.
