摘　　要：生物柴油是一种新型的可再生能源，可以各种动植物油脂和废油脂为原料，采用预酯化、酯交换、蒸馏工艺制取。介绍了生物柴油的工业化生产过程，并对其效益进行了分析。结果表明，用该工艺生产生物柴油的工业化生产过程技术可行，经济有利。Biodiesel is a renewable energy source produced from renewable bioresources, such as various animal fats and vegetable oils. The industrialized production technology of biodiesel was introduced by pre-esterification, transesterification and distillation processes, and the techno - economic analysis was performed. The results showed that this preduction technology of biodiesel was feasible and profitable.
