摘　　要：介绍了我校实施教学干部综合考评的基本方法,客观报告了考评结果.结合实际,重点对考评中发现的主要问题进行了客观评价和分析,并提出了相应对策.The paper introduces the basic method to implement integrated appraisal to teaching staff at our college, and reports the appraisal results. Relating to the reality, we make an objective evaluation and analysis of the major problems found in the appraisal, and propose corresponding countermeasures.
