关于本科学历小学教师角色学习的思考

摘　　要：本文通过剖析小学教育专业本科学历师范生的若干成长个案,重点阐明本科学历小教专业师范生需要经过角色困惑、角色冲突以及角色认同3个阶段才能完成教师角色的定型,并据此提出了小学教育专业建设方面的若干建议,以便促进师范生能够尽快实现由角色困惑向角色认同的转变。This paper aims to explore that undergraduates majored in primary school education will experience role＇s puzzlement, role＇s conflict and role＇s identification before they adapt themselves to the behavior as a qualified primary school teacher by interviewing and analyzing undergraduates from several colleges. It also puts forward some suggestions on reconstruction for these students, so the undergraduates could realize role＇s identification as soon as possible.
