乳酸粪链球菌对氨基酸和生物素的需要与乳酸产量的研究

摘　　要：报道了乳酸粪链球菌对氨基酸和生物素的需要与乳酸产量的关系。在满足该菌必须氨基酸和生物素的条件下，可使乳酸产量和菌数明显增加，乳酸产量是对照的５～１５倍，菌数是对照的５．７～３０倍。This paper reports the relation of the requirement of Streptococcus faecalis for amino-acid and VH to the outpu Of lactic acid. If the need of the bacteria for VH and amino-caid is met,the number Of the bacteria and lactic acid can be made to increase considerably. The number of lactic acid is 5-15 times,the number of the bacteria iS 5. 7～30 times as many as that of the comparison.
