摘　　要：讨论幂等右侧Q uan ta le上的幂零矩阵的若干性质,给出了幂等右侧Q uan ta le上的矩阵为幂零矩阵的充要条件,得到了幂零矩阵的幂零指数的刻画定理。In this paper, some properties of nilpotent matrices over idempotent and right-sided quantales are mainly considered. A necessary and sufficient condition for an idempotent and right- sided quantale matrix to be nilpotent is given. Also, some characterizations for nilpotent index of nilpotent matrices are obtained.
