摘 要:在新课程理念下,数学教学不仅仅是传授知识,数学教学的一切活动都应着眼于学生的发展,但由于城乡差异和地区差异,造成少数民族地区农村教育资源相对匮乏,加上教师教育理念陈旧,课程资源意识模糊,学生素质与城区学校的学生有一定的差距。因此,对少数民族地区农村数学教育的理解,在教学过程中如何促进学生的发展、培养学生的能力,是广大少数民族地区农村教师面临的首要任务,也是关系到课程改革能否得到实施的关键。Under the idea of the new course reformation, mathematics teaching is not merely to teach knowledge, but all activities of mathematics teaching should focus on students' development Because of the differences and the regional disparity between urban and rural areas, it makes the rural educational resources in the minority area relatively deficient. In addition, teacher' s educational idea is outmoded, the consciousness of course resource is fuzzy, and there is certain disparity of student' s quality between the urban and the rural schools, so how to comprehend the mathematics education of the rural area in the minority, how to promote students' development, and how to cultivate students' ability are the primary tasks that the vast minority rural area teachers should face to. It is the key that whether the course reforming could be implemented too.
