基于网络的大学英语教学中教师的转变

摘　　要：网络时代带来的新挑战迫使大学英语教学必须做出转变,2004年试行的《大学英语课程要求》提出了“基于计算机和课堂的英语多媒体教学模式”,在这个新模式下,作为大学英语教师该怎么办?文章特别针对基于网络的大学英语教学中教师必须做出的转变进行了分析,结论是:只要教师具备了“以学生为中心”的教育理念和网络技术的装备,大学英语教师必然要经历至少3种转变,即变为“导师”、“好学生”、“管理者”。Network has brought big impact on College English teaching. As a result, College English Curriculum Requirements （For Trial Implementation） issued in 2004 put forward Computer- and Classroom - based Muhimedia College English Teaching Model. What should the College English teachers do with the new model？ The paper analyzes the transitions of the teachers＇ role under Network - based College English teaching. The conclusion is that the teachers will be transited into directors, top students and managers if equipped with the creed of student - centered teaching and the network techniques.
