摘　　要：就任务型学习模式而言,威莉斯的模式发展得最完善,自提出以来广受外语教师的关注。为了使外语教师更好地借鉴该模式,从外语学习的基本条件、基本概念、基本特征等方面对威莉斯的任务型学习模式进行系统、全面的分析,发掘它的优点,指出其不足,并提出改进意见,从而使广大的一线教师在实施任务型教学的时候能做到有的放矢。Of all the task- based learning models, Willis＇s model is the best designed one. Since its appearance, it has caught the attention of many FL teachers. In order to let the FL teachers apply this model for reference, this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis on her model from the perspectives of the basic conditions, basic concepts and basic features of FL learning, explores its merits and demerits, and makes suggestions for further improvement, so that the FL teachers can implement the task - based teaching targetedly.
