摘　　要：采用多菌种固态发酵酱油渣、醋槽制备饲用复合酶制剂．所用菌种为木霉、扣囊拟内孢霉和丝孢酵母，培养料配比为酱油渣：醋糟：麦麸：玉米面＝６：２：２：１．按所选各项条件曲盘培养４２ｈ后，物料收率为８２％左右，蛋白含量２４．５％左右；每克干物质中含有纤维素酶活２７５０ｕ，糖化酶活１８００ｕ，蛋白酶活１１００ｕ和３．５×１０９个细胞．The preliminary study results of a feed multienzyme preparation from soy waste andvinegar dregs with mixed-culture solid state fermentation were reported. The three strains usedare Trichoderma sp., Endomy copsis fibuligera and Thichospron on cuteneum. The ratio of the culturemedium is that soy waste; vinegar dregs: wheat bran : maize flour= 6 : 2 :1: 1. Under theoptimal conditions tested, in a gram of the dry material open cultured in leaven tray for 42 hours,there are cellulase 2750 U, glucoamylase 1800 U, proteinase 1 100 U and 3.5 × 109cells. The recovery of the raw material is about 82%, and the protein content 24.5%.
