摘　　要：本文在介绍案例教学法的起源、含义和特征的基础上,对重庆大学实施案例教学法存在的主要问题进行了实证分析,并结合国内其他高校运用案例教学法的经验,提出完善重庆大学法学本科教育案例教学法的方案。On the basis of analyzing the origin, concept and characteristics of the case method, this paper first discusses the main problems existed in implementing the case method in Chongqing University, then summarizes the experiences of other universities in China, and finally puts forward a project to improve the implementation of case method in undergraduate legal education of Chongqing University.
