大学英语师资现状与培养提高的对策

摘　　要：教师是教学改革的重要力量,也是关乎改革成败的重要因素。为此客观地分析了大学英语师资的现状,找出了与先进国家的差距,并着重指出大学英语教师能不仅凭所学的语言知识和基本教学技能从事专业教学,而且还应学会把自己的外语教育观念、知识、能力和科研水平综合起来,从而成为学生问题的解惑者和教学策略的制定者,借此,进一步提升我国外语教学的质量。Teacher quality is one of the most decisive elements in the success of educational reform. It is required for college English teachers not only to master the basic knowledge and skills and to put them into use in the daily teaching experients,but also to integrate the advantages of foreign language teaching philosophy, teaching ability and scientific research capacity . As a result, English teachers are able to act as guider and strategic planner for students with their qualified expertise, at the same time, the teaching capability of English teachers will be promoted great.
