摘　　要：给出了构造整数剩余类环上的一类正交变换的具体方法与步骤,该变换容易产生,没有舍入误差,运算速度快,可用于码分多路通信,具有抗噪声能力强的优点.The paper gives concrete method and step about constructing a class of orthogonal transform in residue class rings of integral number,this transform is produced easily, hasn＇t rounding error, its operation velocity is rapid, the transform can be applied to the code division multiplex and has the strong property of resisting noise.
