摘　　要：为区域Ｄ上的亚纯函数族，族中每一个函数ｆ只有重级≥ｋ（ｋ∈Ｎ）的零点，是区域Ｄ上的正规族当且仅当，存在一个至少包含ｋ＋４个元素的集合ＥＣ∪｛∞｝，使得对Ｄ的任一紧子集Ｋ都存在常数Ｍ（Ｋ）（依赖于Ｋ），对一切都有特别地，对区域Ｄ上的全纯族，Ｅ只要包含３个有穷元素。定理推广并改进了Ｍａｒｔｙ正规定则以及李松鹰和谢晖春关于只有重级≥ｋ的零点的亚纯函数族的一个正规定则。Let be a family of meromorphic functions on the domain D. For each function fin H, f has only zero points with multiplicity≥k.is normal on D if and only if,there exists a set E C U {∞} containing at least k+4 points,such that for each compact subset K of D there exists a constant M (K) depending on K, for each E and z ∈ Kif is a family of holomorphic functions on D,then the theorem still holds if E contains atleast 3 finite points. The theorem generalizes and improves Marly'S criterion for normal familyand a criterion by Li Songyin and Xie Huichun.
