摘  要:本调查以农村中小学及其教师为调查对象。选取山东省辖内4个乡镇的4所中学和12所小学为样本。就教师的基本情况、心理状况、教学状况、科研情况、师资培训现状等方面编制了调查问卷,在调查过程中,通过发放问卷方式,结合访谈、观察及相关文献搜集并分析数据和材料,得出结论认为:农村中小学教师继续教育意识淡薄,热情不高,困难较多,这为制约农村中小学教师参加继续教育的瓶颈。This paper bases on rural primary and middle school teachers, including 4 middle schools and 12 primary schools from 4 towns of Shandong Province; makes questionaires about teacher's basis information, psychological status, teaching & scientific research conditions, and the current state of teaching staff training. The paper concludes that teachers' awareness of continuing education in these schools are weak with low enthusiasm and many difficulties, which becomes the barrier to the participation in continuing education.
