教师继续教育资源整合的思考

摘　　要：教师继续教育是教师专业发展的基本途径。教师继续教育的过程,从某种意义上讲是教师继续教育资源的利用和开发的过程。长期以来,我国教师继续教育资源欠缺、分散,同时还有浪费等现象。为了优质、高效地实施教师继续教育,促进教师专业化发展,需要对教师继续教育资源进行科学地调整和重组———即整合。Teachers＇ continuing education is the basic path of the professional development of a teacher. The process of teachers＇ continuing education, spoken from a certain meaning, is the process of the exploitation and development of the education resources. Teachers＇ continuing education resources are still insufficient, scattered and wasted. For the sake of implementing the teachers＇ continuing education, promoting teachers＇ professional development, we need to integrate, that is, to adjust and regroup education resources in teachers＇ continuing education.
