摘 要:苦杏仁的有效成分苦杏仁苷经提取、处理后,用HPLC法、紫外分光光度法、二阶导数光谱法测定其含量。结果表明,在样品未经分离纯化时,干扰组分较多。HPLC法分离度好,测定准确;紫外分光光度法背景干扰严重,结果偏大;而二阶导数光谱法能够很好的消除背景干扰,操作简单,结果准确。Three analysis methods to analyze the content effective components namely, HPLC method were used in this study of amygdalin, and the n bitter apricot kernel, UV-Spectrophotometric method and Second-derivative spectra method. The results showed that some interfering components seemed present if the samples had not separated and purified. It is suggested that the HPLC method is of good separation effect and accurate measurement. Because of the severe background interference, the test conducted by the UV-Spectrophotometric method showed a result higher than the actual value. The Second-derivative spectra method can effectively eliminate the background interference and also has an advantage of simplicity as well as accuracy.
