摘　　要：阐述了中学地理素质教育、中学地理课程标准、中学地理教材特点、中学地理教学改革及其对中学地理教师的素质要求,分析了当前高师地理课程体系存在的问题及其形成原因,提出了基于中学地理素质教育的高师地理课程体系改革方案及实施措施.Begins with explanation of quality - oriented education and course standard of middle school geography, as well as characteristics of middle school geography textbooks, teaching reform of middle school geography and their requests of teachers for their qualities. Analyses the problems and their causes of course structure of college geography. Puts forward the optimized course system and its operating measures.
