摘　　要：高职院校作为培养高级应用型专门技术人才的基地和摇篮,肩负着重大的历史使命。在新形势下,高职院校要树立以人为本的教育观念、注重学习实践创新能力培养、坚守德才兼备的根本性原则。如此,方能切实地实施素质教育。The superior vocational colleges, as the bases and cradles of advanced applying technicians, take on important and historical commission. Under the new social situation, the superior colleges should build up the education concept of taking people as the basis, take serious of practice and cultivate creative ideas and firmly insist on obtaining virtue and knowledge. Only in this way can actually implement quality education.
