摘 要:关于教师教育或者说对教师的培养,发展到今天已形成了一定的模式,同时新的培养模式也还在不断地出现。但无论怎样发展,均不可忽视“知识培养型”教师教育。在我国,对教师的知识培养主要可分为三个层次,一是学历达标,二是知识更新,三是发展型知识补给教育。在现代社会里发展型知识补给教育最为重要。As for the education of teachers or the development of teachers, so far it has become a certain mode, and in the meantime some new modes keep coming into being, but however it develops, the education of knowl- edge - development - mode teachers can' t be ignored. In China the knowledge - development of teachers can mainly classified into three levels: 1. the qualification of academic credentials; 2. the renewal of knowledge; 3. the de- velopment- mode education with knowledge supplying. In modern society the development- mode education with knowledge supplying is the most important.
