摘  要:构建职技高师教学体系要坚持以科学理论为指导,坚持师范性、专业性、技术性相统一的原则,突出职技高师特色。在构建职技高师教学体系的实践中,要以“突出主干课程、灵活专业方向、实践技能训练系列化和课程化、组织人文素质测评、注意开发学生特长”为主要内容特征,注重学生知识、能力、素质的协调发展和综合提高,建立具有职技高师特色的教学体系和教学评价体系。To construct the teaching system of vocational-technical teachers" colleges, we should use scientific theories as the orientation, insist on the coherence of normal university, specialty and technology, and stress on the distinctive features of vocational-technical teachers" colleges. In the practice of constructing the teaching system in vocational-technical teachers" colleges, the main characteristics should be feature as stressing on the major subjects, flexible specialty direction, the seriation of practical skill training, organizing test and evaluation on humane quality, paying attention to develop students" special skill, and the coordinative development and comprehensive improvement of students' knowledge, ability and quality should be paid attention to, thus a teaching system and evaluation system with the characteristics of vocational-teachers" colleges could be established.
