摘　　要：纯生啤酒在生产过程中低温膜过滤是关键环节,由于原料、工艺、人员等的因素,常常会导致过滤膜发生堵塞,增加生产成本。该文主要从降低麦汁中β-葡聚糖含量的角度,提出了改善纯生啤酒膜过滤系统堵塞的主要措施。Low temperature membrane filtrating is the key step the filtration membrane was often blocked during daft beer productiononaccount ofrawmaterials,techniqueandstaff ctc, resultinginincreaseofcost Somemeasures to reduce the blocking of filtration membrane by decreasing the content of β-glucan was proposed in this paper.
