论现代知识观对大学教师角色的影响

摘　　要：在现代大学中,教师更多地是在扮演科学研究者角色、社会服务者角色,而很少或根本就不扮演教育者的角色。究其根本原因,在于现代知识观对大学的影响。科学的发展促进了现代知识观的形成,而现代知识观则促进了现代大学理念的形成,这种现代大学理念所导致的结果之一就是教师角色的错位。因此,本文将以现代知识观为切入点,深入分析现代大学教师发生角色错位的原因,并提出解决的策略,以促进大学教师向教育者角色的回归。Teachers in the modern University more act as science researches, social workers, while seldom or never act as pedagogue. The basic reason consists in modern knowledge theory effect on University. The development of science accelerates the form of modern knowledge theory, which speeds the form of modern university＇ ideal subsequently. One of the result leaded by modern university＇ ideal is teacher＇s role misplace. The paper analyses the reason of teacher＇s role misplace deeply on the basic of modern knowledge theory and brings forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to promote teachers in university regression to pedagogue.
