关于地方高校师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：教师是高等学校办学的主体,一所高校社会声誉的高低,取决于教师队伍的强弱。加强师资队伍建设是高校的重要任务之一。本文指出了地方高校师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了加强地方高校师资队伍建设的对策和建议。Teachers are the major part of running a university. Whether the good social reputation of a university is high or low, is decided by the strong or weakness of teachers troops. Therefore, strengthen the teachers troops construction is one of the important tasks of the university. This paper pointed out the existing key problem in the teachers troops construction of local universities, and put forward the countermeasures and the suggestions of strengthening the teachers troops construction of local universities.
