摘　　要：介绍了以“学生成长成才”为第一理念的高校学籍学历管理目标,阐述了把“学生成长成才”作为第一理念更好地贯彻到高校学籍学历管理中需要树立的5种观念,提出了以“学生成长成才”为第一理念的学籍学历管理新模式,指出了以“学生成长成才”为第一理念的学籍学历管理服务保障体系。This paper introduces the target of university＇s school roll and educational background based on the first concept of ‘students＇ growing and becoming talents＂,expounds the five concepts that should be established for implementing first concept of ＂students＇ growing and becoming talents＂ into university＇ s management of the school roll and educational background, puts forward the new mode of the management of the school roll and educational background based on the first concept of＂students＇ growing and becoming talents＂, and points out the service guaranteeing system for the management of the school roll and educational background based on the first concept oF＇students＇ growing and becoming talents＂.
