高山红景天超临界CO_2萃取物的气相色谱—质谱分析

摘　　要：在萃取压力30 MPa、温度45℃、用超临界CO2萃取高山红景天粉末2 h,萃取物用气相色谱-质谱进行化学成分分析。鉴定出45种组分,占色谱峰总面积的73.2%,主要成分包括9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯,二十烷,1-二十七醇,乙酸十八酯,十八醛,22,23-二氢基豆甾醇。Rhodiold sachalinensis A. Bor was extracted by supercritical CO2 under 25 MPa and 45 ℃; for 2 h. The extraction was analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry. In the extraction components were indentified,totalling 73.2% of overall relative contents of extracted substance. Main components of this extarction were trans-geraniol-2-propen-1-ol, linoleic acid ethyl ester, acetic acid octadecyyl ester, octadecanal, eicosanol, heptacosane, and heptacosahol, 22,23-dihydrostigmasterol.
