摘　　要：通过调查发现,当代师范生思想道德面貌总体上是健康的,有着积极向上的人生态度,但是一部分师范生对社会主义政治方向缺乏深刻认识,在人生理念上过于注重个人发展及自我价值的实现,强调个体,注重个人奋斗、发展,缺乏远大理想和崇高追求,等等。对此,我们应采用辩证唯物主义观点正确对待师范生思想现状,分清主流和支流,加强教育,兴利除弊,就一定能实现我们的培养目标。Normal-school students are future teachers. The quality of their ideological and moral character directly affects the development of future education in China. Therefore,it is a new research topic on the education of ideological and moral character for the current teachers＇ colleges to possess firsthand material and to find out,analyze,and solve problems of the present ideological and moral character of the normal- school students.
