摘　　要：网络学习中,学生的学习动机强度与学习成效关系呈倒U型曲线,它的强弱程度直接影响到网络学习的效果;而网络课程,则承担着激发和维持学习者学习动机的使命。本文阐述学习动机的概念及其对网络学习的重要性,并在分析其影响因素的基础上,结合实例,探讨在网络学习中如何激发和维持学生学习动机的有关问题。Learning motive and learning score appears a upside-down U curve. Network courses can stimulate and maintain the learning motive. The article explains the definition of learning motive and its importance to network learning. On the basis of analyzing the affecting factors, it discusses how to stimulate and maintain the learning motive.
