摘　　要：IT高职院校课程设置应坚持以就业为导向，把学生的职业适应能力和应变能力作为课程目标的基本要素；课程设置应与市场需求、行业标准、国际高等教育标准接轨；强调计算机教学和外语教学并重、学历教育与职业资格培训并重，课程设置突出个性化成才的原则；构建课程设置的保障体系，在师资、培养模式、教学方法、教材建设方面予以配合。Tile curriculum setup of IT higher vocational schools should be employment-oriented, and take vocational adaptability and responsive ability as basic factors of curriculum objective. In another hand, the curriculum setup should be in line with market demand, industry standard and international higher education standard; attach importance on computer teaching as well as foreign language teaching, degree education as well as vocational training, stand out the principle of individualization, construct the assurance system. Furthermore, teaching staff, cultivation model, teaching method, development of teaching material should match with curriculum setup.
