摘　　要：社会的发展和医学科学的进步,使高等医学教育面临严峻的挑战.围绕21世纪医学人才培养目标,汕头大学医学院对临床医学专业的课程体系、教学方法、教学手段、教学内容和配套设施等进行改革与实践,促进了医学创新人才的培养,逐步形成了具有特色的医学教学模式.The social development and advancement of medical sciences have brought great challenges to high medical education. In order to train medical talents for the 21st century, the Medical College of Shantou University has greatly facilitated the training of creative medical talents and gradually formed a medical teaching mode of its own characteristics through reform and practice in curricular system, teaching method, teaching means, teaching contents and auxiliary facilities of clinical medicine program.
