摘  要:利用纤维素酶法结合乙醇提取法进行提取荞麦茎叶中黄酮的研究,添加纤维素酶预处理法后优化的提取工艺为:干燥粉碎样品中加入10倍原料重的45℃的水,调节pH至4.5,加入终浓度为0.125g/L的纤维素酶,浸泡5h,然后加入20倍原料重的95%乙醇,在70%下恒温浸提3h。实验结果表明,应用纤维素酶法后,茎、叶及茎叶混合物的黄酮的提取率比单纯的乙醇提取法分别提高了19.6%、16.7%、17.3%。By combining cellulase degeneration method with ethanol extraction method, flavones were extracted from mixtures of stems and/or leaves of buckwheat in this paper. The extraction process with cellulase was optimized as follows : mixing 10 times weight of water with powders of stem and/or leaves of buckwheat in 45℃, adjusting pH value to 4.5, and then adding cellulase to 0.125g/L, enzyme digesting for 5h, then adding 20 times weight of 95% ethanol, put the mixture in 70℃ for 3h. The results showed that the yield was improved by 19.6%, 16.7%, 17.3 % respectively from stems, leaves, mixture of stems and leaves compared with original extracting process.
