摘　　要：以超临界CO_2萃取后的高山红景天干粉为原料,进行食用乙醇常温浸提法提取红景天苷的工艺研究,采用正交实验设计筛选出最佳的提取工艺参数为：乙醇浓度为40%,溶剂和原料之比为6：1。常温浸提时间为48h,颗粒度为40目。With materials of Rhodiola sachalinensis powder extracted after supercritical CO2 extraction, the process for the extraction of salidroside was studied by using grain alcohol at room-temperature. The optimal process conditions was screened out with orthogonal experiment design ： the concentration of grain alcohol is 40%, the ratio of solvent to material is 6 ： 1, the extraction time at room-temperature is 48h and the graininess is 40 mesh.
