摘　　要：概述番茄红素在自然界中的分布及其理化性质、生理功能等,综述番茄红素的生物合成研究和番茄红素产品的研发现状。This paper expounds the distribution in nature, physicochemical properties, biological functions of lycopene and summarizes the research of biosynthesis of lycopene and the status quo of development of lycopene products.
