摘  要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂对香蕉皮多酚的吸附和解吸性能。方法利用静态实验筛选出吸附和解吸性能较好的树脂,进行动态吸附与解吸研究。结果筛选出的DM-301树脂具有较好的动态吸附和解吸效果,确定吸附流速为2床体积/h,浓度为3mg/mL左右,乙醇洗脱浓度为70%。结论DM-301树脂适于香蕉皮多酚的吸附和解吸。Objective To study the performances in adsorbing and desorbing of polyphenol from banana peel bymacroporous adsorptive resin. Methods The optimum macroporous adsorptive resin was determined by static experiment and its dynamic adsorption and desorption were studied. Results The macroporous adsorptive resin DM-301 processing higher adsorption and desorption capacity was selected with adsorption rate of 2BV/h, concentration of feed of 3mg/mL and 70% ethanol as eluent. Conclusion The macroporous adsorptive resin DM-301 is propitious for adsorbing and desorbing of polyphenol from banana peel.
