摘  要:对固始鸡种蛋孵化期间蛋黄中胆固醇、粗脂肪和锌含量的测定表明,胆固醇含量0~6胚龄明显升高,以后出现阶段性降低;粗脂肪含量0~6胚龄无明显变化,6胚龄以后逐渐降低;锌含量0~3胚龄和6~12胚龄明显升高,3~6胚龄和12~21胚龄降低。The results of the determination of the cholesterol,fattiness and zinc in Gushi chick's yolk showed that the content of cholesterol increased gradually from 0 to 6th day of embryo age, then decreased,and the content of fattiness had no obviously change during 0-6 day of embryo age,and after 6 day-age decreased gradually,and the content of zinc increased obviously from 0 to 3rd day-age and from 6th to 12th day-age,and decreased from 3rd to 6th day-age and from 12th to 21st day-age.
