摘 要:目的:建立一种快速、准确测定皮蛋中铅含量的方法。方法:采用LK98电化学微机分析系统,优化试验参数,如电解质浓度、pH值、电沉积电位以及脉冲间隔等。结果:线性范围为1×10-5 ̄7×10-5mg/mL,检出限为1×10-7mg/mL,RSD为3.5%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、准确可靠。Objective: To establish a method system which could quickly and precisely detect the content of lead in preserved egg. Method: Using LK98A type Microcomputer-based Electrochemical Analyzer, the trace lead of preserved egg was detected by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. The experimental parameter, such as the concentration of supporting electrolyte, pH values, accumulation potential time and pulse interval were optimized. Results: The peak currents were linear with the concentration in the range from 1×10^-5 mg/mL to 1×10^-5 mg/mL. The detection limits were 1×10^-7 mg/mL. Conclusion: The results showed that this method is simple, fast, sensitive and precise.
