马铃薯薯渣固态发酵制作蛋白饲料的工艺研究

摘　　要：以马铃薯淀粉生产中产生的废渣为主要原料,利用筛选出的糖化菌种和高蛋白菌种组成的双菌发酵体系,对马铃薯薯渣固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的发酵工艺进行研究,确定了发酵培养基的最佳组成与配比为硫酸铵添加量1.5%、尿素添加量1.5%、菌种T1接种量5%、菌种D1接种量20%。测定结果表明,发酵产品氨基酸种类齐全,营养价值提高,安全性得到保证。The solid substrate fermentation was used to treat potato starchy residues. The protein feeds were obtained by using mixed culture fermentation system with the screened strains （T - 1 and D - 1）. The composition and proportion of the substrate were confirmed. The potato starchy residues were mixed with 1.5 % urea, 1.5 % ammonium sulphate, 5 % inoculum size of T - 1 and 20% inoculum size of D- 1. The amino acid varieties of the fermented feeds were abundant, the nutritive value was improved and the security was ensured according to the mensuration results.
