摘  要:通过使谐波摩擦传动中的刚轮或柔轮具有锥形孔或锥形外表面,改变柔轮与刚轮沿轴线方向的相对位移,使柔轮与刚轮的周长差2π(R-r)获得连续变化,可以实现径向内波谐波传动、径向外波谐波传动、端面谐波传动、密闭谐波传动以及多级谐波传动等的无级变速。根据此方法设计了一种无级变速谐波传动装置。计算表明,无级变速谐波传动能实现很大的变速比,要求实现的最大传动比越大,对刚轮、柔轮尺寸加工精度的要求越高。By making relative movement between the flexible spline and rigid spline,either of them has a taper hole or taper surface,this results in the perimeter difference 2((R-r)of flexible spline and rigid spline continuous variation, then realizes continuous variable transmission of the radial harmonic drive with inner wave generator,the radial harmonic drive with outer wave generator,the face harmonic drive,the hermitical harmonic drive and the multi-stage harmonic drive etc..Based on this measure,the radial harmonic drive device with inner wave generator is contrived.Calculation shows that the continuous variable transmission of harmonic drive can provide high variable transmission ratio,and the higher the maximum transmission ratio is required,the higher precision the flexspline and rigid spline needed.
