摘　　要：讨论了反对称正交反对称矩阵特征值反问题有解的充分必要条件,在有解时给出了其解集的表达式,并且给出了其中与给定矩阵的最佳逼近解的表达式,以及求解该问题的算法及例子.An inverse eigenvalue problem for anti-symmetric orthogonal anti-symmetric matrices is discussed. The solvability conditions and the expression of the general solution for this problem are obtained. When it is solvable, the unique solution, which is an optimal approximation to a given matrix, is also given. In addition, and algorithm and an example for this problme are presented.
